Office hours are by appointment only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Services I provide include psychiatric evaluations and assessments, medication management, and therapy in Oregon. Nationally I offer consultations that include a personalized letter with prescription recommendations to your provider. I also consult with Clinicians who wish to learn more about treating ADHD. I do not do disability evaluations.
Teens (12-18)
Evaluation:
- First meeting – 120 minutes with teen and parent/s
- Second meeting – 90 minutes with teen and parent/s
- Third meeting – 45 minutes with teen and parent/s
Follow-up:
- Medication management – 20 minutes with teen, parent optional
- Individual therapy with medication management – 45 minutes
Adults (19-64)
Evaluation:
- First meeting – 120 minutes
- Second meeting – 90 minutes
Follow-up:
- Medication management – 20 minutes
- Individual therapy with medication management – 45 minutes
Note: I know childcare can be an issue for many parents. I ask that you come alone to the initial evaluation (exception: children under 1 year old). This allows us to freely discuss sensitive topics. If you know that childcare is going to be an ongoing issue please call me in advance and we can discuss your options.
